Where can I buy 'Square Sausage' (lorne sausage) in Hampshire? - breakfast sausage spices
My friend lives in Glasgow and was the square sausage for breakfast. Since I live in Hampshire, I've never heard of him. Obviously it is minced meat with herbs and spices. It is cut into a block of the beholder, or pre-slices.
We searched all the major supermarkets in Portsmouth, but without success. He is in a few weeks, and I wish I had something for him.
No idea where?

If you have a frozen food store Iceland, you can do something very similar, not as hot as those of Scotland, but very close.or ask your butcher you.they get almost everything you can get and be happy that be custom.the are also able to help you learn what you cook
It is widely available north of the border, but it's just a good meal. I do not know know of meat - is cheaper cuts of meat - pork or beef and absolutely full of saturated fat. I would give him not a dog.
Lidl is not a package with breakfast sausage, sliced very nice and very reasonable!

Sainsbury's sell them in Scotland - Edinburgh, to be exact. Although not as good as that of a butcher, who better than Iceland, Farmfoods and so on are.
Maybe if you speak very well of them could be a package to your local store. I think it is square slices of salami (or sausage slices Square Scotland) in the package, but Lorne sausage is his name.
I have to go to a butcher shop and get a series of Lorne (more than 1 kilogram) each time I go into the south to visit my cousin.
