Anyone know of some FREE summer activities in Manhattan I can do Fri 21st / Sat 22nd July? - manhattan activities
I am English (but living in the United States), a good friend of mine lives in Australia is coming to the U.S. for 3 weeks and we meet for 2 days and 1 night in New York. I sell old DVDs on Ebay to fund my trip - and probably only spend $ 50 on food / fun for 2 days (I bought my ticket today - Woo Hoo!).

others are just some of the activities of tourist interest, but if you want something different to offer on Saturday / Sunday flavorpill.net you go out to the section of New York because the list of free / low, resulting in the city during this week . Fun.
Iceland on the Staten Ferry is free. The Rodeo Bar on Third Avenue. and 27, live music and free reporting. Central Park and Washington Square can be very entertaining and is free. Do not worry, you can have fun with just $ 50 if only 2 days one night. New York City Pizza is great and delicacies ... You can eat cheaply.

First ... have quadrupled or more of their funds. Although I've never been to New York, knows he can not do for just $ 50. $ 50 is a movie, lunch and travel cap.
Once better funded, I personally recommend the typical tourist things ... Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, Central Park, Ground Zero, Studio 54 .... Broadway.
