I have problems with my audio Realtek high definitions. The audio. Every time you play audio for audio is very tight. This means that you can not play in Windows Media Player, Google Talk if it is open, because it also produces noise. Have you tried to update the driver for it? Control Panel> Device Manager> Sound, video and games> Realtek High Def Audio> Driver tab> Update Driver. Worth a try.
